报告摘要:This study establishes the two-component Gross-Pitaevskii (GP) equation as the effective dynamical description for a dilute two-component Bose gas near its ground state in the GP regime. Key advancements include: (i) deriving an explicit convergence rate bound in trace norm between the many-body quantum dynamics and the GP equation, with dependence on particle number explicitly quantified; (ii) demonstrating the robustness of this rate under hard-core interaction limits; and (iii) establishing a uniform-in-time convergence rate.
报告人简介:Dr. Zhiwei Sun graduated from Soochow University in 2023 with a doctor's degree. He then went to Austria for further postdoctoral research at the Institute of Analysis and Scientific Computing at TU Wien in 2024. His research interests mainly involve the analysis of partial differential equations, multiscale asymptotic analysis, and numerical analysis. His current research interest is the rigorous derivation of effective mean-field dynamics from the many-body quantum systems.
